5/7/25 Edited to change rating and update: Original: Very disappointed as a care in the community provider for local veterans, I was refused service because I would not put MY cc information on file for a VA PROVIDED TREATMENT. Result: Miscommunication with front desk Northwest Neurological reached out to me to discuss, identify the issue and come to an agreement, even offering me my treatment if I wanted. I just became a patient of Dr. Greeley’s after my neurologist has moved out of the state. The front desk stuff staff is absolutely amazing. Dr. Greeley was also very attentive to my concerns. He suggested I see a naturopathic rheumatologist. And when that rheumatologist said that they did not want to see me as a patient he proceeded to call their clinic and advocate for me to be seen. Today was my first and last appointment with Dr. Greely. I have never felt more belittled and ridiculed by a physician. I have chronic migraines and have been under the care of a neurologist for over the last 5 years. My currently neurologist is leaving the state and I decided to be my own self advocate and make an appointment with Dr. Greely. I sought care from Dr Greeley after my great neurologist who I had been in the care of for several years moved out of town. I wanted to establish care with a new neurologist before I needed anything like a renewal of my prescription. I was hoping to avoid delays for when I did need something from a neurologist. If you are in the same boat, do not go to this provider unless you want to hear what an inconvenience you are to him. So very disappointingly unprofessional.
