Today was my first and last appointment with Dr. Greely. I have never felt more belittled and ridiculed by a physician. I have chronic migraines and have been under the care of a neurologist for over the last 5 years. My currently neurologist is leaving the state and I decided to be my own self advocate and make an appointment with Dr. Greely. I sought care from Dr Greeley after my great neurologist who I had been in the care of for several years moved out of town. I wanted to establish care with a new neurologist before I needed anything like a renewal of my prescription. I was hoping to avoid delays for when I did need something from a neurologist. If you are in the same boat, do not go to this provider unless you want to hear what an inconvenience you are to him. So very disappointingly unprofessional.
First off, staff was nice and helpful, very professional. Suffered from migraines occasionally majority of life. They have progressively turned into an unmanageable, nearly daily event, that typical meds aren't touching. In quest to find cause, my PCP had appt w Northwest Nuerology referred, prior to Xmas 2023. First visit with Dr. Greeley. We found him to be very personable, smart, to the point. He was very informative about the disease process, ordered testing and was proactive in helping us get the answers we need. He was upbeat, had a good humor and was great to work with.
If there were zero stars that’s what I’d give this guy. He doesn’t listen & gaslit me the entire appointment. I literally told his tell tell signs of neurological issues & he said I didn’t have neurological symptoms. Not to mention his NP, Kendra almost killed me with her headache rescue IV. She should loose her license!! I had a terrifying reaction & was spinning around the room. Couldn’t even talk or see straight, vomiting & eyes extremely dilated.
