First off I would like to say that I don’t see how you guys have gotten any bad reviews. With that being said I called Wednesday afternoon spoke with Alec and he was super cool got me a slot to get my kx85 gone over and I called him the next day asking if I could drop off earlier and there was no problem they even got done before schedule.
