I had been searching for an Vespa and found NW Moto through google. I reached out to check on an Vespa they had in stock and Brad got back to me the same day. We scheduled an appointment the following day. When I got there everything I needed was ready. We ended up arriving later than expected and were still taken care of! Everyone was amazing! Wasted half of our day here. We were going to make a deal on a bike. They said they were busy and asked us to return a few hours later for financing. When were were about to enter the financing office they told us the bike wasn't ready to leave. We literally spent over 3 hours waiting around for nothing. Absolutely disgusting customer service experience.
