If I could give this company a zero rating I would. I have been trying for over a month as well. They will not return calls,I have left about 10 messages, The owner of the business I am calling for continues to get phone calls in the middle of the night stating that the alarm is not working. I even pushed the button for this is an emergency and it patches me back to the same voice mail
We have been trying to get a hold of you for over a month! Our system continues to beep and we cannot resolve this issue as there is no way to contact you except to call. When I call, no one answers the phone and when I try to leave a voice message it states there is no room to leave a voicemail. There is no email address either to try and contact you! Same problem as in review other here. No response no body to talk to about beeping radio that I found out needs replaced because it’s outdated so I’ll have to switch companies to get that done because I can’t get hold of anyone at northwest.
