Faith K. and her entire staff are so welcoming to my family & I as new clients. Their coordination of your entire well-being and healthcare is top notch - I personally feel so fortunate to have NWMHS in Manistee as my primary provider.
I love Faith Kelly. We were building a really great Dr/patient relationship untill I got assaulted. I was a mess mentally and emotionally. My problem is the receptionist. She's rude, inconsiderate, and uncompassionate.I should consider my Drs office a safe place. I don't feel safe at all and the anxiety the receptionist has caused makes it impossible for me to pick up the phone to make an apt. I really miss Faith and my health is suffering. I'll probably have to find a different Dr office now.
I really feel good with all the staff. I feel like they really listen to my needs and do everything they can to meet my needs. I've needed a doctors office like this for a very long time. They are very down to earth as well. I never feel judged like I have at so many other offices. I highly recommend this office.
Great place, from Julie at the front of the office,to the nurse to Dr Faith Kelley. I feel valued and respected. And well cared for. I wish them all the best and l👀k forward to being a part of their practice for years to come 💪😁
