The only reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because of one employee within the entire agency, Early Head Start home visitor Penny. I had an awful experience with the home visitors program for over a year until Penny was assigned to my family- she made it right and worth it. I also just experienced completely awful things with their tax help department and the only reason why that was fixed was because after months of being simply ignored about my tax amendment and Penny being ignored by the tax preparer after countless attempt... read more
Nobody responds. The worker I was working with refuses to work, doesn't know her job after being there for a couple years, and lies
