I want to say I am posting this review because since my diagnosis I have been treated like Im not more then just my cancer. I was diagnosed with stage four metastatic breast cancer in January of 2024. The reason it was found was because I had been in debilitating back pain for four months and was mis diagnosed several times by the Neurology department of St. Josephs in Tacoma. Extremely disorganized administratively. NEVER get back to you; my daughter waited days for tests and support care and sometimes never got call backs. She eventually transferred out of this facility and went to Multicare who bent over backwards making sure she received the care/tests she needed. Unfortunately she has passed away and I strongly believe had this facility been more responsive to making sure she got tests they recommended, she may still be alive.
My friend Mike has been to to seek a second round of kemotheropy assp. This is his dr office . And has has been calling for a full week trying to get an appointment.. NO ONE WILL RETURN HIS CALL !!!!!!! HORROR STORY HERE
Waited over an hour and half to get treatment. Come to find out half of the blood work was drawn incorrectly. They did not respect me or my time. Was given no updates on time as well. I encountered several issues with their lab and Dr Agastya had nothing to say just an ‘oh well try again’ kind of attitude.
Stay away from this place. From start to finish, our experience here has been abysmal. It is SOOO disorganized. Every time we’ve come, the wait has been beyond an hour long. They have forgotten to order labs, neglected to communicate scheduled appointments, given conflicting information, take 8 days to return calls and are incredibly unprepared when providing treatment information and overall provide zero confidence in their ability to provide care.
