Doctor never put my prescription order in so when I ran out I had to stop my steroids against his wishes. If he really wanted me to stay on them he would have made sure my order was sent in. Tried to get them to put in a rush order, but was never called back after they were going to look into it.
No communication whatsoever from actual drs to patients to their other drs calling faxing their family that trying to get through including self. Wait times are horrible. When we all trying getting information from drs at NWMS. Constantly having to repeat ourselves. Without answers Not working with anyone that's trying to talk to them. Never getting messages answered through carespace. Need better everything correspondence back forth. Rushing appts. Telling what they want then end online appts getting information dates wrong... read more
Wait time is ridiculous 45-1hr before you see dr. And even wait 1 month for blood results
