I love the drs here they are so nice an understanding.
Was told by my PCP that they would call me to schedule an appointment. Waited for abouta month , finally i called them. Got an answering machine and left a message, two different times. Finally someone called and I got my appointment. Was seen by Dr. Shenoi and he and his staff are great. Glad I got to see him because he has made this process much easier. They just need to get it together with the reff erals.
Worse ever trying to talk to a real new patient coordinator so I could schedule an appt. Finally after a week I get my appt. It's for two weeks out. No problem until they call the following week and leave a message that my appt. Needs to be rescheduled. Try calling back and get the machine again! I pretty much at that point was done. Called my clinic and asked for a new referral to a different Hematology specialist.
