Poor quality in care where they really do not show any sort of care. I had a teleconference appointment regarding lab results, the doctor had his camera and did not speak once during the meeting but of course they charge like he was involved. The nurse in the meeting was the only one going through the results with her camera on I could see the doctor in the background looking at other things on the computer not related to me. My husband passed away very fast. This is not a good place to take your loved one. I have never been so hurt by the lack of treatment. My husband deserved better and he got dirt. This place is awful. I don't like the fact that I have to even give a 1 star. If your loved one has cancer stay away from NW Medical Specialties. Canceled appts. - Appts. not made that were needed. Sent to emergency room and they did not even bother to let emergency room know we were coming. Sat there all day to be asked why we were even there? This... read more

Please save yourself and find a different care center. Because the providers oncologist here will not take care of you. Basically they do not care. They are too busy and overloaded an inexperienced. They can t even provide medical records when you find out they are incompetent.

The front desk person that I’ve had twice this past year is very nice. She’s attentive, quick and efficient and friendly. My oncologist Dr. Zhang is the best oncologist I’ve had in the past five years and I’ve had her for the past year. She’s friendly she concerned ask questions And is efficient.
