I’m shocked at the reviews. Best Dr(Alvarez) that I’ve been to. In addition to his clinical expertise he’s kind,patient and truly caring!
Office staff was able to get me in and see the doctor right away. Nurse (they're all are excellent) provided exemplary care till doctor (Jaron Pettis) arrives. I highly recommend, Northwest Medical Group General Surgery, for all my post surgery needs and future surgeries as well.
I have nothing against the Northwest Medical Group, however I had an appointment at this location to get necessary vaccines for my age and after waiting for 20 minutes, and then another 5-10 in the room, was told that they didn’t have them in stock. The appointment had been made over two months ago, and never once did I receive an email, phone call, or text message about the vaccine. Because of this I will be changing offices/doctor.
Wish we had a better health care system around here that actually cared about the health of their patients. Been dealing with this medical group alot lately due to sick elder. They have been more then negligent over and over again. Very disappointing 😕
