I have been to Nurse Joos Moreland 2 times and he has a very cocky attitude and doesn’t really care what you are saying. Dr Brown and Dr Abdo were great. It’s a shame they left.
As I sit here at now almost 10 I am still waiting for the doctor to come see me for my 9:15 appointment. If your doctor's are too busy to see people at or close to their scheduled times then maybe you should add more doctors or make the scheduling times every 30 mins instead of a half hour. I am not pleased at all with this. When this was IU Health the wait times were never this bad. They always made sure you were seen pretty close to on time. Not left sitting in the room for over 30 mins waiting to see a doctor.
