Absolutely amazed with the care and treatment received here. I saw Jennifer Frasure and she was very attentive, actually listened to me and she was very informative when answering questions. I was seen in Laporte for testing and every staff memeber there was great as well, making sure i felt comfortable and again very informative. Will gladly stay with this medical group!
They had me waiting for four ducking hours on a phone call when they said they get back with me in two hours. I could’ve literally just texted or called me and said they could not give me in today so I’m not sitting here waiting in agony!?! The lack of communication is extremely unprofessional!
