Worst professional staff.. They will cancel your appointment mostly at your arrival by just saying "Sorry the doctor is busy". This has happened with me three times at this centre. Last time, when they wanted to cancel my wife's appointment for second time, I had very intense conversation with them and they accepted her with very bad mood. I showed up to my appointment today all to be told they canceled me. They said they sent me a voicemail stating that because my insurance was showing up not valid they canceled it.I played the last message on my phone that directed me to bring insurance with me , which I did. What if I was paying out of pocket? What if I don’t use that phone anymore? You’re just gonna cancel people like that? The excuse that they left a message does not make it ok.
