Jessica and Neil are pleasant to work with and are very helpful.
I found I needed a CPAP machine. I decided to go with the smaller, local company to get my supplies and I'm so glad I did! The women at the office were so helpful navigating the insurance loops and keeping me informed all the way through the process. Once I was qualified, they walked me carefully through all the options until we found the best fit. They've done a great job of keeping in touch to check in on how successful I've been with the machine. I highly recommend them!
I really needed my cpap machine n they didnt want to go the extra step to help me, like i was another number..i wouldn't suggest them to my worst enemy!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS>>>Today will be the last day I'm a customer of NW Medical after 5 years of being a customer. Over the years I've spent thousands of dollars on CPAP machines and supplies for them. A couple months ago I called to order a huge lot of supplies with use or lose money. I told them this would be a out of pocket purchase. Well without my approval they ran a bunch of it through insurance. This delayed the bill to after my use or lose money was gone.
