Great service friendly environment
Very poor attitudes. I don’t know if these ladies are over worked and are stressed but something should change. I encountered 3 staff members at this location and all 3 seemed annoyed. no greeting, zero politeness, non existent customer service. Needless to say I left, after being told by the triage nurse that she couldn’t provide me with an estimate and told me that my husband couldn’t wait with me in the “hall”. All of which is fine I get it it’s policy but sheesh no empathy and a rude tone ? Yeah no thanks.
Made an appointment and was seen promptly. Prescriptions were received by my pharmacy and everything was great.
Awesome place, immaculate clean, you are treated like a human being not just a patient or number Very grateful for their service...
