Train the nurses to hit the vein with the needle, properly. It’s not supposed to be painful. This is probably one of the most SIMPLEST basic things you should know how to do.
I had an MRI done here. The tech didn't put my ear plugs in completely and didn't check to see if he had put them in correctly (he did give me ear muffs though). I think the MRI sounds damaged my hearing because the ear plugs weren't put in my ears correctly. My ears are still ringing and that was almost a week ago. Also, the actual scan took twice as long as planned. The tech messed up the images and had to do them twice and I was in there twice as long as planned.

Be aware that this company will send you a bill via three different patient portals, so when you think you've cleared your debt, they send the other accounts to collections. Now they are approving a company to sue me 2 years later over $739.00. Really doesn't it cost more to hire a lawyer to go forward with legal action. Please find some organization from your billing department. I received many email and statements regarding the provider portion of my bills. And never once saw a bill from northwest medical center.
