People are very friendly and professional. I still have not received my results but other than that everything was good.

I went in for surgery and my family was in the waiting room but my status on the TV monitors was never accurately updated so they didn’t know when I was in recovery. They were also quick to try to discharge me even though I was still heavily under anesthesia. Luckily, a family member convinced them that I wasn’t ready, so I stayed until I could safely get myself together to leave. My catheter also wasn’t working when I got home, so we pulled it out.
