Excellent practice, caring staff, Dr Mullengada has provided excellent care for me with numerous medical issues and I am so very grateful for this relationship!
The administration dept. of this office is very rude & unprofessional. They simply don’t listen to requests, make the patient listen to only what they say & are very rude in their communication. I’m sure after reading this review they’ll unlist me from their patient services - that’s the max they can do. Btw, the Dr. is very nice. Really hope she’s available through some other providers.
The office (billing, appointment scheduling, etc) for this service is horrible (falling short of words). I’m a regular patient for the past 9-10 years but never faced a person so rude as this. We had a genuine reason to reschedule an appointment. The lady at the desk was very rude & unkind - something we dont expect from a healthcare professional. The HCP is awesome but the staff fails it big time. Go ahead if you are ok with dealing with rude front desk people.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. M for the past two decades, and I can confidently say that she and her office staff are incredibly wonderful. Dr. M is the most compassionate doctor I’ve ever had. She takes her time to listen to you, which is why I don’t mind if she’s a bit late. Unlike some doctors who treat patients like cattle, Dr. M treats everyone equally. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mullengada and her entire team. From the moment I walked into the office, at least 15 years ago, I felt genuinely cared for and respected. Dr. Mullengada takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and never makes you feel rushed. I always leave feeling confident in my care and grateful to have found such an outstanding doctor. Highly recommend!
