They need to hire more people to stay in their schedules mostly on Saturday, after waiting for two hours I ask desk telling me need to wait another hour for 5 min blood taken, other were also complaining about their turn I choose not to do it after waisting my time.
Misinformation given about hours.
Paid $300 for my immigration medical exam, which is a good price. I already had all the required vaccines. They work on Saturdays, started exactly at my appointment time, and the whole process took less than one hour. I received my results in 10 days. Not giving 5 stars because customer service needs improvement. Every time you call, you have to wait at least 10 minutes, no matter when you call. Staff could be more educated and polite. Overall, it’s an okay place.
