I had a really bad experience here, during and after my visit. Firstly, I didn’t know I had to have a blood test as I was a new patient until I was sat on the chair, I felt like I couldn’t say no, and I was reassured it was covered by my insurance. I’ve had many blood tests before, but the nurse had to try multiple times in both arms to get blood. It was starting to get very painful, then I began to feel faint.
