Great experience. The Tech was extremely thorough and spent the full hour showing me how to use the device and helping me choose the correct mask. The office was flexible with my schedule, very kind, and helpful. All my questions were answered. They made an overwhelming situation much more comfortable and easy to manage.
The staff was very professional and made me comfortable to ask questions without feeling like I was ignorant. They were very informative and helpful.
