I've had two experiences with Northwest London Veterinary Clinic that have made them my clinic for life, and I don't say that lightly. The first time, I arrived on a Friday evening with my cat in crisis, needing emergency surgery that they weren't equipped to perform. Instead of sending me home with a phone number and a wish of good luck, the entire team stayed with me,past 10 PM on a Friday night, until they personally found a facility that could take her and get her the care she needed. Came home from work to a sick cat. Tried to get into my usual vet- couldn't get in until Friday. Northwest got me me in that day- and I called at 4pm. What amazing techs and vets. They did direct billing to my pet insurance company and made sure she was good. Cannot recommend enough.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Did what they could with a very bad paw injury and saved us thousands. Highly recommend.

Great clinic! Staff were all extremely kind & welcoming from the moment we walked in! It was our first time there with our kitten Remi and I couldn’t be more happy with the service we received! Another bonus was the pricing! As a pet parent you understand from the moment you decide to get a pet the amount of cost involved, however unlike many clinics I have been to with a previous cat the pricing was incredibly reasonable! Thank you to the entire team, Remi & I look forward to see you all again!
