Great clinic! Staff were all extremely kind & welcoming from the moment we walked in! It was our first time there with our kitten Remi and I couldn’t be more happy with the service we received! Another bonus was the pricing! As a pet parent you understand from the moment you decide to get a pet the amount of cost involved, however unlike many clinics I have been to with a previous cat the pricing was incredibly reasonable! Thank you to the entire team, Remi & I look forward to see you all again!
Our usual vet was closed for the weekend, and as luck would have it, our dog nicked a vein and we could not get the bleeding to stop. We remembered Northwest because of their funny signs, and called in hopes they would be able to help us. They recognized the urgency of the matter and treated it for the emergency that it was. The vet techs and vets are all amazing! They treat my pet with care. They take their time to make sure he is comfortable before doing anything. They always give options to treatment and give quotes so you’re never shocked with the bill! The place is clean and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming.
They are everything plus more! They helped me with rescuing an aggressive dog that was chained to a dog house with the Best care and he was so comfortable with the vet and all the staff! They are amazing! I will forever be grateful for their love and compassion and how they care for animals. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
Honestly I’ve never been here. But the signs they have outside of the place PROPS to whoever writes those. I love reading them every time I drive by. Hilarious stuff. The one day is “we can fix you pet but not your ex sorry” Gold.
