The service department is very efficient, a valet pickup, a text from the Service Manager and an inspection video plus recommendations for additional service (e. g. alignment). Just excellent.
I had an excellent experience with Mr. Pritpal. He handled my Car Service very professionally, efficiently and explained everything clearly. Pritpal is very honest, transparent and easy to deal with. I'll definitely be coming back to him next time. Highly recommend Pritpal if you're looking for reliable and stress free service!

Northwest lexus is one of the best lexus showroom . I visited there for the first time & was so impressed by the customer service. I met sales person JORDAN he was so informative & explained me everything so patiently that he made me buy the car .
