After a year of fighting with a junk Chinese laser, I bit the bullet and went for an Epilog Mini18. Northwest Laser happened to have one being refurbished and available for lease, and were able to make sure that it would be finished in time to pick up before Thanksgiving, with just a few days between inquiry and picking it up. They've been very helpful in figuring out the ins and outs of this machine. Not only am I impressed with their customer service, I'm gobsmacked by what the Epilog can do.
Tim and his team have done an amazing job helping in all aspects of the laser business. He will help you get the best options for your need, without fluff. Additionally Tim is a huge resource and great mentor.
