Such a great experience for us & our family! Very great communication, & they took a genuine personal interest into our son’s recovery! 🩹 he’s doing so great after his time here & we are so happy we chose to go with Northwest Journey!
I can’t express to you all enough on how much this facility changed our family. They took a struggling young man and helped him unlock his true potential. Before Northwest Journey, my son was having behavioral problems in school and at home. He also had very low self esteem and wasn’t comfortable being him and connecting with the family. i went here before it closed to teens and tweens. during my 7 months at the facility, we switched between 3 psychologists (meaning every time we had a new caregiver we had to go over our problems and lives yet again). two of our supervisors were older men, one of which made me feel uncomfortable, and the other who was unnecessarily rude and insensitive to my family situation even after i explained it. the other two were females. one of the females was a quieter person who seemed like she was on the autism spectrum, and actua... read more
