There's been ups & downs but my daughter really loves this program a lot. Very nice staff, helpful & willing to work with you.
If I could rate 0 I would. This place failed my daughter. There was minimal effort put in and kicked out of the program due to suspensions. She was nearly attacked there while staff stands back. They mix little and big kids and the big will more then likely be babysitting the Littles. I would absolutely steer clear from this facility if therapy is what you're looking for
Dont send your kids here, lest they get hit in the head with a chair
Maybe make sure you have the correct information and details before you call and accuse with a false statement, then try to be reasonable with whomever is trying to reason with you? Otherwise an already issue could become a bigger problem that could have possibly been avoided. More training may be needed on how to handle on the spot immediate emergencies.
