This center has been nothing but more and more anxiety for me. I was lied to and was told that I had scheduled my appointment for the day I chose having to kept calling back daily to get that appointment. The lady instead put me for the previous day. How do I go about reporting them? They are maxing my anxiety worse rather than helping me. I have never had so many problems w other clinics in my past compared to this one. Their scheduling department is total garbage. That's the nice way of saying it.
