We have been patients of Dr. Jain for many years. (Over 20yrs.)We have always been treated with care and his care has always been on point. He will been missed.
Saw this Dr as a hospital follow up. He charged more for that visit than my specialists in the hospital. He refused to order me my pain medicine, he told me to just take Motrin. When I told him I see a Nephrologist for chronic kidney disease, and have been told NOT to take Motrin, he told me that I don't have any kidney disease. He once again told me to just take Motrin. He was rude, and I urge anyone who is seeking a new doctor to keep looking elsewhere.
I changed to the doctor because of work. I asked for the same preventive care lab services that I have used for few many years. But the doctor ordered them with the incorrect codes that insurance company is not covered. I was not informed this code change and the office told me because I signed off A form so that they won't change it. It is like a scam to me. In addition, the doc judged my company that I work for during my visit which makes my very uncomfortable. I won't come back again b/c the horrible experience.
My appointment was 40 minuets late. He did not answer any of my questions and wasn’t personable. Won’t be seeing him again .
Just started with Dr. Jain a few months ago..I must say his staff are very nice..Dr. Jain is friendly and efficient..he shows concern for my health and personally I would recommend Dr. Jain to anyone who us looking for a doctor who actually cares about his patients moreso than others I have tried..kudos to his office staff and to Dr. Jain himself...Thank you for their help thus far..
