Amazing Staff! You are treated well here.
I’ve been coming to Northwest for years, and over the last 2–3 years I’ve watched it change into what feels like a money-driven business instead of a patient-focused clinic. The front desk staff are kind, but they often seem untrained or unsure of what they’re doing. My biggest concern is provider Thanh. I decided that editing my review was definitely necessary! My start here when transferring from another clinic, was rough to say the least! I was not happy, I regretted the transfer, and I literally screamed and cursed at one of the employees for several minutes completely unwarranted (this is not something I have ever done without feeling pushed to that point) and that is when I left the review I did.
