Very helpful. Office in Wheeling, IL. Staff member was limited English, called other office staff member for English speaking client. Over all, things worked out well.

They are the worst. Had me paying 200 dollars per month, thinking I had insurance with them. But when I needed roadside assistance they said i wasn't even in the system and had me pay 300 dollars to help me and never gave me a refund. I cancelled the next day. And they were even taking more from my direct deposit than they were supposed to take and never gave me back that money after I cancelled. Be aware they are thieves. Don't get insurance with any Northwest insurance network inc brokers. They lie and steal from you
