She always has been an amazing agent. I really truly wish you would come back. I know a lot of people who would love to have her service again. She’s amazing.
They are the worst. Had me paying 200 dollars per month, thinking I had insurance with them. But when I needed roadside assistance they said i wasn't even in the system and had me pay 300 dollars to help me and never gave me a refund. I cancelled the next day. And they were even taking more from my direct deposit than they were supposed to take and never gave me back that money after I cancelled. Be aware they are thieves. Don't get insurance with any Northwest insurance network inc brokers. They lie and steal from you
