Terrible Customer Service Everytime I call this company, I get placed in an endless loop of "could you please hold". This insurance company is the company is last resort, they have very little in the way of computerized systems, and I'm not looking forward to filing a claim with this company.
Nice insurance rates I have been with Northwest Insurance since I had my car, which is about 8 years. I really enjoy their reasonable rates. Whenever I had a problem, Janet Sumner's office staff was always able to assist me. The location has gotten better in recent years. Used to be filled with smoke, you could barely breath going in there. However, the place has straightened up it's act and employed more people to help with their growing list of clients.
