When I first signed up here I was dealing with Joe who was very kind and professional. Unfortunately at some point they switched me over to dealing with someone named Anna Flynn. She has been rude and not the least bit helpful. She acts bothered if you ask her to explain things. I canceled my car insurance through them because of her lack of respect and professionalism and now I'm about to cancel my homeowners insurance through them as well.
