Was with with this agency over 7 years, never once did they call to go over my numerous coverage policies. Not a friendly or attentive office. Takes long periods to hear back even with important issues/concerns. Had a few claims through them. One claim which was extremely delayed with no communication with dealership and extreme lack of professionalism. Just switched to a better more attentive agent who saved me over $3000 while combing through my existing policy and found so many errors!
Just stopped in for Mom to make an auto insurance payment. Fast and easy.
I can't recommend Northwest enough. Working with Lynn and Marie is a pure joy! They are always friendly, helpful and even though I only typically talk to them once or twice a year, they always remember me by name. I don't feel like they are trying to oversell me insurance I don't need - instead it feels like they are looking out for our best interests. Thank you to the folks at Northwest Insurance - you all are great!
