Did not finish the job that was bid. They drilled through the house wrap in many places two layers. They left the pucks on the ground so the insulation got rained on. Never spoke to us, never came back from lunch to finish the job. I am heartbroken that a business would do this to someone's home.
This service in Newport was terrible. I wanted an itemized explanation of proposed charges but my calls & emails were ignored. We have found someone far more accommodating to do the work
