I’m extremely concerned that a biopsy was not ordered when the findings clearly warranted further evaluation. The next physician I saw (an MD) was surprised this had not already been done, and the delay has impacted my care and caused significant distress. I also want to note that I was not given an opportunity to speak directly with the doctor at the time; information was relayed only through the tech, and the option of a biopsy was never presented to me. In January 2025 I received a bill for a procedure in June 2024. Hospital said it was paid. Good luck trying to get anybody on the phone which seems to be impossible. Same with the website. I guess I will wait for them to contact me and it better not be a collection agency threat. Next procedure I will request that my clinic use someone else if possible or I will go elsewhere. I guess it is possible that my bill is a scam but it seems real. Apparently terrible to nonexistent customer service.

Absolutely do not use. You will be better off NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Do not use this service. Cannot thing of a time when I have been treated more poorly as a person than here.
