I had a fantastic experience at Northwest Iowa Bone, Joint & Sports Surgeons in Spirit Lake, Iowa. The Shayla at the front desk was very welcoming, and I barely had to wait before getting an X-ray. Anne who is the X-ray technician was incredibly patient and gentle, making sure I was comfortable during the imaging process. She was so friendly and helpful. I broke my Tibia & Fibula. Got right in for surgery with Dr. Leupold..The surgery went really well and even though healing is a journey, I am confident he set me up for success to regain normal range and weight bare. Great experience
Dr. Leopold is a good doctor . I have been going to them for many years and I would not have it any other way.
This place is amazing I wouldn't send my dead hamster to them. They would not accept my Insurance from Blue cross and blue shield nor my out of pocket offers. Ask to switch surgeons and was removed from the practice. The office help picks and choices who gets medical attention.
