In the past year, I have purchased 2 vehicles (1 Elantra Limited and a Kona Limited) from Northwest Hyundai! Hands down phenomenal customer service from the auto service department (Broston) to the sales floor (Eduardo). You can’t beat a Hyundai warranty (oil change and tire rotation) for the first 2 years or so and the appointment times are flexible to my busy schedule. This visit went so smoothly, I had to express my gratitude to the team. I was a walk-in and did not have an appointment. This did not deter my having to obtain service at all, Northwest Hyundai team happily attended to me right away and was very communicative out of the gate. I was updated every step of the way on cost and approving anything that may have needed to be addressed.
