Doctor is informative. Good job on cleaning teeth
First off they forgot to text me an address after i had paid them 89.00, then when I went their greeting i told the lady not to say the greeting it was rude to me and i can leave she said to go ahead and leave so at this point i ask for my 89.00 back. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. I wouldnt let them work on my dog.

Let me start by saying the staff was nice but Dr. Koutrach was very unpleasant. I went back with my elderly mother to offer support along with my 4 yr old son and he told my son to be quiet so he could concentrate with frustration. Then while he was working on my mother he went in her mouth like a fish hook from both sides and shook her cheeks roughly while saying "Don't tighten up your lip, loosen up" because she kept tightening her lips from being nervous which I told him from the start.
