Rick Budahl is 100% unprofessional! Yes we kept going through him in order to get the house we wanted, but he is horrible at his job! He is sexist so please watch out for that! He hated talking to me and I told him he didn’t have a choice because my husband was at work and he tried to start drama with my husband! He is snappy, rude, and flat out not a good person to work with! I wouldn’t recommend this lender/broker at all! Seriously take this review into consideration before going through him! He has been amazingly helpful with all the paperwork. We sold and bought at the same time and he has been amazing with explaining step by step what we needed to do. Great broker!!!! NEEDS A NEW BRIEFCASE.
