I had a wonderful experience at Hot Tubs NW! Even though I didn't buy my hot tub from them, Debbie was SUPER helpful getting me all the chemicals to help me set up my hot tub and walked me through the process, while writing everything down and making it idiot proof! I will definitely be going back!

Quinn is really the quintessential hot tub service person!!! Very professional, organized, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. Very easy to work with and thinks outside of the box. We needed a cover replaced on a penthouse suite deck that can have heavy winds pick up. After a thorough cleaning of the tub he secured the cover and a cap over it with tie downs and made sure it was completely enforced against any of those high winds.
