Quinn is really the quintessential hot tub service person!!! Very professional, organized, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. Very easy to work with and thinks outside of the box. We needed a cover replaced on a penthouse suite deck that can have heavy winds pick up. After a thorough cleaning of the tub he secured the cover and a cap over it with tie downs and made sure it was completely enforced against any of those high winds. Excellent service by QUINN, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The cover & lift came in earlier than expected and Quinn did an awesome job cleaning up the tub prior to installation. He took a water sample and contacted me the same day making suggestions as I am refilling our Flair tub. Thanks for making a difference Quinn!
We had a great experience working with Quinn and the other specialist (whose name escapes me), who helped us get up and running with our pool and hot tub in our new home. They were both extremely knowledgeable and time-efficient, and went above and beyond with servicing our equipment.
The team at Hot Tubs Northwest is excellent! Randy was fantastic and gave great help! As a new hot tub owner, I didn’t have a clue about treating the water. Randy was extremely knowledgeable and never made me feel stupid whatsoever. Highly recommend this local company to anyone in Whatcom or Skatgit counties!
