Debbie at Hot Tubs Northwest made my hot-tub dreams come true! She was instrumental in helping us choose a hot tub that fit our 'soaking goals', budget, and space constraints. She assisted us every step of the way; Debbie is patient, informative, enthusiastic, and an expert in her field. Everyone at Hot Tubs Northwest was professional, knowledgeable, and sincere every time we went into their showroom over the course of a year.
These folks are absolutely great. We bought a Hot Springs Spa from them about a month ago. They made sure to have it delivered before Christmas. Debbie has been incredible-makes herself available at any time for any question regarding the hot tub. Sean from Any Pool and Spa Services also did a great job delivering the hot tub using a collapsing air bladder to lower the tub onto the concrete slab without jarring the tub. Pretty impressive. Quinn and Gregg installed the far infrared sauna in our house. They were super professional, taking great care in their work and answering all our questions. The staff at Hot Tubs NW were also as helpful as can be when we were ordering the sauna.
I had a wonderful experience at Hot Tubs NW! Even though I didn't buy my hot tub from them, Debbie was SUPER helpful getting me all the chemicals to help me set up my hot tub and walked me through the process, while writing everything down and making it idiot proof! I will definitely be going back!
Just wanted to share a note of thanks and appreciation for both Greg and Jordan. I'm so grateful to have Greg as my go-to for servicing my swimming pool over the years. He explains everything clearly, works quickly, and always makes me feel more confident about properly maintaining my pool.
