We recently bought a new home that had a hot tub. We came in to pick up some supplies to clean it and ask questions. They pulled up the address to see if it was a tub they had sold and they were able to get us everything we needed. They were kind and curtious. We will definitely go back in for their service and recommend them to others.
Were really enjoying our hottub the sales staff helped me chose the tight tub at a reasonable price and the delivery and set up process went smoothly. Quinn stayed the whole time and walked me through maintenance and was very helpful!
Sometimes the best measure of good customer service is when things do no go as planned. This was certainly the case with our recent purchase of a Hot Spring Flair hot tub. Thank goodness for Debbie's thoughtful assistance in ensuring the successful installation of our hot tub in a difficult under deck location. Michael was amazing. I was told by an Barrons electrician I called, because they hooked up the electrical on my tub several years back. The electrician said that I needed to replace my circuit board on my hot tub. So I set up an appointment to have the work done by Hot Tubs NW. Michael came out to do the work and looked at the situation, said wait a minute went to his van came back cleaned doff the terminal connection and flipped on the tub.
