This staff at this store is amazing that's why I gave them the 5 star review. I don't how many times I have called the location asking about a product; they have always been very polite and helpful. Always put things on hold for me and when I come to the store, the products are always there at the cashier. I always get a call from them for the products I've ordered. What can I say; you don't get service like this in other places.
Poor work ethic. Just don’t bring your door for fixing up your screen $75 labour rate + material cost. That’s not the problem but you won’t get your door back for next 2-3 weeks. Much much better options outside which will fix your screen right away and for half a price.

Bought my Benchmark Lawn Mower From them and it stopped working after 20 mins. Rather than exchange and return it. they insisted to repair and it is a brand new mower. Repair takes 2-3 weeks. What i should do for almost a month. Never Buy from them. Specially not benchmark.
Best service ever! Friendly staff who take the time to help you find whatever you’re looking for. Nick, the manager, was awesome to deal with. If you want attentive service and variety of products, this is the place to shop.
