Have used James and his team for many years on heating, gas works, boiler, plumbing works and installations. Never had any issues with their works which have always been completed in a timely manner from programmed works to call outs. I have been using the services of North West Heating for 5 years now for various boiler repairs, boiler installations, gas & water pipe repairs/installation. They are an excellent company, They are professional, knowledgeable. I have often had good feedback from my customers for their quality of work. We recently used Northwest heating and services to fix our boiler and have been nothing but impressed with the service we received. We couldn’t get hot water or heating and had already lost money to another plumber who had tried and failed to fix the issue. James is extremely knowledgeable, he had located the issue within minutes of arriving and worked hard to get it fixed quickly for us. He worked cleanly, communicated well and our boilers been perfect since. I wouldn’t trust anyone else now- highly recommend!
