I was diagnosed with a tumor in my lower right lobe of my lung. I was referred to Dr. Nisco and I put myself totally in his hands at our first meeting. I have never had a Dr that was so upfront and open in talking to me, the patient. I knew exactly what he was going to do. The surgery went well and the tumor was gone along with the lower lobe of my lung. He checked on me every day. Most surgeons don't do that.

Dr. Nisco was my surgeon for my Ascending Aortic Aneurysm. When I met Dr. Nisco, at his office in a treatment room, I was impressed immediately. He completely explained the urgency of my surgery, what the surgery would entail, what to expect after surgery, and potential adverse events. After surgery, he discussed my surgery with my wife right after my surgery, and when he visited me in recovery, and later in my hospital room. I had a heart by pass last November Dr nesicos team really made me feel at ease it is now 4 months later and I feel better than I have in years I am back walking 5 to 7 miles a day lost 25lbs and changed the way I eat.it was a real walk up call but I thank you all for the great care you gave me
