Great staff and service.
Exceptional customer service and follow up. They must be the top Hearing and Tinnitus group in the Tacoma area. My Tinnitus has been reduced considerably.
While visiting my daughter in Gig Harbor I began having a problem with one of my hearing aids. I suspected it was due to a plugged wax filter but realized I hadn't packed any for my trip. I called NW Hearing to see if they could help me out. They were very friendly and said I could drop in and they would take a look. When I arrived they took both of my aids and replaced the filters and domes on both, all for no charge! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their hearing.
