Great place to go.
I went to the office in Gig Harbor and could not be more pleased. I was able to try several types of hearing aids before making my decision, even able to test a pair for a week! What a difference!. They wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. Thanks for the great product and service. I easily gave them 5 stars!
Went to get ear impressions for custom IEM tips and some PPE plugs. They were talked through the details on the options very well, and the impression was very methodical. If I need custom plugs I'll probably be back here again
The office is very pleasant. All of the people there are very helpful and nice to deal with. We are both very happy with their services and very happy we found them.
I visited Dr. Farrah today for a baseline hearing test. She was kind, friendly and informative. She was welcoming and patient. I truly enjoyed my entire visit. The receptionist was very nice and efficient. I was offered water, tea or coffee while I waited. The test was quick and results were explained to me in detail immediately. I would recommend this office to anyone! They are amazing!
