Absolutely flawless customer service, and incredibly professional procedures. I was made to feel beyond welcomed and was highly impressed with how down-to-earth yet friendly all the staff was. All the staff I interacted with felt authentic and trustworthy, and it made me feel assured that I was in very good hands. Super cozy environment, too. Overall amazing experience; everything that I needed done was done thoroughly and efficiently. Northwest Hearing + Tinnitus has left a very, very good impression on me.
I actually live in the UK and my problem was with hearing aids issued years ago by the UK National Health Service. While I was staying with my son in Seattle, I contacted Northwest Hearing + Tinnitus on the off-chance they might be able to help. I explained my problem in an email and received a very rapid and kind reply saying that they might not in fact be able to help, but to bring in the aids and they would see what they could do. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful
After my mom struggled for several years with hearing aids from a well-known warehouse club, I took her to Northwest Hearing eight years ago. The new hearing aids weren't cheap, but they were definitely worth it. The service has been consistently excellent, and she's found everyone at Northwest Hearing to be super helpful and nice. The photo shows my mom at age 94 attending a class at the University of Washington.
I’m battling a pretty invasive case of tinnitus. So it was time for a trip to an audiologist. Northwest Hearing & Tinnitus was recommended by my health care provider (via an ENT) and now I understand why. Not only was my experience very professional, it was personal as well.
