I would’ve given a five because the service I received was excellent. From the nurses to the doctor to the x-ray tech it was absolute 100% the best service I’ve had in an ER. However, the front desk woman on duty that night was extremely rude, even though I was the only patient in there. On top of her poor attitude she had her name badge turned around backwards, so I couldn’t catch her name. Other than that, it was an absolute top notch experience.
Edit: I thought 1500 was bad, got the bill and it was $3052, $1000/stitch! Pathetic. Great staff, no wait. Great care. Horrible expense! My insurance didn't help a bit and $1500 for 15 minutes of the doctors time and 3 stitches is awful! I should have just superglued it.
