Came here 20 minutes ago for a laboratory test the girl that was suppose to help out wasn't even paying attention to me speaking she looked very young and she had blue headphones and was on her phone please pay more attention to the people you have helping patients if they don't want to do there job why have them there.
The ticket system needs to be updated and anyone who answers the phones for the pharmacy and or returns calls needs to be more informed or honest about prescription status. I left work an hour early because I was told on the phone that my prescription was READY, just to sit with my ticket until 4:45 for the RUDE man at the window to tell me I have to come back tomorrow and wait another hour with my ticket then wait ANOTHER hour for the prescription to be filled.
