Quinn and front desk staff are great, most nurses are also kind but since dr Beaumont came everything related to my care was horrible to the point that I'm certain she never read my history. Only spent 5 or 6 min with me. She did not listen to me about my past or about the fact that I already had a cardiologist. We discovered Fordland Dental Clinic by calling around during an emergency accessed tooth that was causing severe pain and swelling still after several rounds of antibiotics and I cant be thankful enough that we did. They got him in within 3 days and Dr. Findley extracted the tooth in minutes. We were sad to hear he was moving having just found him, but we were assured we would love our new dentist. I’ve gone to this clinic since I was a baby, and my brother, who’s seven years older than me, has too. This place has gone completely downhill since Jane left, and honestly, it disgusts me. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and act like they can’t stand their jobs. Every time I call, they have an attitude and I’m not the only one saying this. I can’t say enough good things about the dental team in Kimberling City! I came in with a broken tooth, the ladies at the front desk greeted me with a smile. Dr Keaster is an amazing dentist and his dental assistant Taylor was equally amazing, making the experience enjoyable! I can’t recommend them enough, I’d give 10 stars if I could!! Thank you all so much!!
