Amy was an absolutely amazing and friendly person. Welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door, showed me where the leg wraps were, for a knee surgery. Then helped with the lift chairs and seeing everything you can choose from and they deliver and set up!
I bought a Nova 20” rollator at NW Health and Safety and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store. Melanie assisted us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and she was so patient, friendly, and charming even though I spent over an hour comparing and re-comparing every rollator in the store and stayed 20 minutes past closing time. Melanie never rushed me and she never mentioned they were closing soon. Just the opposite!!
