The maintenance man was very helpful and lovely. Got my medline better than new
Thank you Amy and Shelby! My wife and I were needing crutches for our son. We called just 5 minutes prior to closing to see if they had crutches for his size and they did. They stayed late after closing until we arrived to pick them up. Great customer service and very caring people.
Staff are very professional.
As a recently disabled person who uses a power chair to have a more broad lifestyle, it was wonderful to talk to people who were concerned and compassionate about the issues I was having with the charger on my power chair. The tech, Nicholas was amazing at explaining and did not try to upsell me, but gave me all my options. The other two customer service women were amazing. And the atmosphere was open and accepting.
