I bought a Nova 20” rollator at NW Health and Safety and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store. Melanie assisted us from the moment we arrived to the moment we left and she was so patient, friendly, and charming even though I spent over an hour comparing and re-comparing every rollator in the store and stayed 20 minutes past closing time. Melanie never rushed me and she never mentioned they were closing soon. Just the opposite!! Thank you Amy and Shelby! My wife and I were needing crutches for our son. We called just 5 minutes prior to closing to see if they had crutches for his size and they did. They stayed late after closing until we arrived to pick them up. Great customer service and very caring people.
