Carl is the man. Every time I come in he is helpful professional and patient with every driver. One of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting
I had a difficult time communicating politely with the loader. (The old guy with the black ear studs). I just asked him about how long it would take to wait and get loaded so I can determine if I can make my delivery. I thought he could give me an estimate based on how many trucks were ahead of me, but he was very disrespectful in how he answered, like I wasn't worth the 10 seconds it would have taken to just think about it or to respectfully say "I don't know, but I'll do my best to get you moving".
