Worst experience . Something wrong with these guys.
The forklift driver was very rude! Friday 4 pm he says that it’s already their over time ( but the rate con says by 4:30pm ) and refused to get me loaded , because my tarps are not ok and the product will be rejected. I proposed to put plastic or to cover with 2 4’ tarps and then the 8’ tarps. Anyway refused and said come back Monday morning with new tarps. Didn’t even let to find another alternative. The guys try to start the weekend sooner and don’t care that you remain over the weekend without a load.
Important to go to gate 6 when your picking up...that means skip the first few entrances that you come across. Flatbed drivers...no holes in tarps. They will inspect your tarps, but if they are minor holes they said they have material to patch it. They put the tarps on for you and you Bungie it. They actually did a good job nice and square when they did mine. All staff are professional just make sure you have your pick up number and full PPP
