The schedulers are 100% awful. They believe they know more than the doctors and nurses, even tho they only have a high school diploma or equivalent. I have a life threatening health problem, that needs to be treated, but every since my doctor left there, and I was handed off to another doctor, I haven't been able to get another life saving appointment. In fact, I was so rudely asked by Annessa the scheduling supervisor, "Was it my understanding. Or my expectation that I get further appointments?". Nevermind that I have bee... read more
